Free cancellation for all bookings up to two hours prior. Long haul bookings (over 10 miles) and airport transfers are subject to a £25 deposit. The deposit is refundable should you wish to cancel up to two hours before the arranged pick up time.
KE Taxis reserve the right to withhold the deposit should you cancel within two hours of the arranged pick up time.
At KE Taxis you can pay for your taxi service using your phone or your card with contactless payments. All major debit / credit cards are accepted.
